twin cities laser association mailing list for sale / wanted photos tips	District 21 Listserver We have decided to replace the mailing list on Topica with a NEW Listserver, hosted by The Laser Forum. Some of you may have been unable to receive mailings from Topica or had concerns about spam. This should not be an issue with the new list. Furthermore, it's easy-to-use and there are no distracting ads on the pages. This will be the primary way Laser District 21 will communicate via e-mail. The idea is that a subscriber can distribute information to the entire district regarding any sailing event, general info, or send a kudos simply by sending a single e-mail. This will take the responsibility off of Mike Elson to manage an e-mail list with 100+ names.
